I got this watch for my mother-in-law for her birthday. She went to the doctor recently and they told her she needs to exercise more, but not to over do it. So she started jogging in the morning but wasn't sure what qualified as "over doing it". She was never really sure how far she had jogged. I figured that this would be a cool gift to give her. When I gave it to her she was amazed! She wanted to try it out right away.She put it on and she started jogging I joined her. She was soo pleased with it. She only took her eyes off it a couple times. We jogged for about a mile and the we jogged a mile back to the house. She loved how the display is a nice size for her to read, and the color is her favorite. The fact that she knows how far she has gone is a huge plus for her She told me when we got back to the house "This is one of the best gifts she ever has gotten."

Strange that AMAZON left out of the description of the item that distance is measured in KILOMETERS, weight in KILOGRAMS and HEIGHT in CENTIMETERS

Unfortunately, I returned the pedometer wrist watch. It was much too difficult and confusing to set up. Someone should make one that just records steps taken.
